Tri-American, Inc manufactures and supplies a wide variety of Asphalt Maintenance products at our Milpitas, California facility (San Jose Area) and our newest location in Ceres, California (Modesto Area).
Tri- American, Inc. is also the Northern California distributor for Crafco Pavement Preservation Products. In addition, we sell and rent a variety of asphalt application equipment such as Crack Sealing Melters, Sealcoat Tanks, and hand application tools. The owner and employees of Tri-American take great satisfaction in providing top quality products and reliable, experienced service. Our large customer base includes Paving and Sealing Contractors, State, County, City and Federal Agencies, as well as private property owners.
About Us
Tri-American, Inc. is your best source for the latest, high quality Asphalt Protection and Preservation Products. Our company was founded in 1989 by president and CEO, Pete Schultz. A 46-year veteran in the asphalt industry, Pete began his career at Chevron. He later joined a well-established San Jose asphalt supply company where he was responsible for the design, construction and quality control of three sealcoat manufacturing facilities. In addition to these duties, Pete oversaw the formulation of products. In 1985, his products received the seal of approval from the State of California and continues to be used throughout the United States today.
Early in 1989, Pete started his own consulting business. With one of his clients, Exxon Chemicals, he oversaw the manufacturing, quality control and application of their "polymer" modified asphalt emulsions. It was late in 1989 that he started Tri-American.
Tri-American, Inc. has become a highly respected supplier of Asphalt Protection Products and our roster of clients includes Private contractors, City, County, State and Federal agencies. Tri-American takes great pride in supplying quality products and dependable, experienced service.
